Commercial Property coverage is designed to insure most types of commercial properties:

• Buildings
• Business Personal Property / Contents - furniture and equipment on the premies

Property insurance provides protection against most risks to property, such as fire, theft and some weather damage, depending on the form of coverage purchased.

There are three main levels of coverage:

• Basic Form
• Broad Form
• Special Form (otherwise known as All Risk)
